Direct email is the right channel.
Web forms are not the right tool for commodity trade engagement. The principal trader response model is direct — the inbox below is monitored by the trading desk during Toronto business hours, with after-hours coverage when commercial timing requires it. Please write directly.
Sourcing mandates, purchase mandates, sale offers, sector inquiries, spec sheet requests, and general business inquiries — all welcomed at the same address.

Three things we cannot help with via email.
- Speculative inquiries without a mandate. "Looking for the cheapest sulphur" without a defined buyer entity, destination port, payment terms, or quantity is not actionable. Please come with a mandate.
- Requests to share counterparty identities. The producer side and the buyer side of every GMC trade are confidential. We do not introduce parties. The opacity is structural and is not negotiable.
- Pre-payment or fee requests. GMC Trading Group does not charge inquiry fees, KYC fees, or "due diligence" fees. We are paid by spread at settlement, never up front. Any third party representing themselves as GMC and asking for advance payment is not us.
